Statement of Assignment/Tasks

The scope;

  • Requirements management methods and tools.
  • Business Analysis:
    • Ability to collect, substantiate, analyse, verify and prioritize information on all (detail) levels and derive relevant and accurate business requirements.
    • Ability to perform and facilitate business (and process) modelling.
    • Ability to estimate cost and complexity, and to analyse risk and consequences.
  • Test methods and tools with focus on business acceptance.
  • Ability to combine Business and IT knowledge.
  • Detailed knowledge in the assigned business process, its strategies and connections to other processes a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of IT Delivery processes, IT Strategy
  • Solutions and best practices on the market (benchmarking).
  • Facilitating, planning and managing workshops and activities.
  • Basic knowledge in project management and change management methods and tools.

The consultant has to provide expertise within Business Analysis, strong capability in business/process modelling as well as Requirement management (If the consultant are used to work in a value oriented approach by defining and utilizing Business Capabilites its a strong advantage).

The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like:

  • Support/drive requirements workshops in selected area(s).
  • Play an active role in handling stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Act as country BA lead through implementation of project.
  • Plan/drive/align the needed requirements work together with Vendor/Business/IT in selected areas during solution specification phase (project execution phase).
  • Plan/drive/align the different parts of acceptance testing needed in selected areas to validate the solution.

This assignment will require flexibility with travelling to the countries in the selected area, e.g facilitate workshops in regards to business/process modelling and requirement management – elicit, collect and document business requirements needed for design and implementation of the Business solution in cooperation with a selected Vendor(s).

The consultant has to provide expertise within Business Analysis, strong capability in business/process modelling as well as Requirement management (If the consultant are used to work in a value oriented approach by defining and utilizing Business Capabilites its a strong advantage).
